Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 1–2 weeks to create.
We ship via USPS with tracking.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Lost or delayed packages are handled case by case.

Order Cancellations
Non-custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once crafting begins. 
We’ll check in for design approval before production.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, 
contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. 
We’ll make it right — repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on the Chaos Theory site are owned by Chaos Theory.
Reproduction or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

Wholesale / Bulk Orders
Available on select pieces. Minimum quantities and lead times apply.

Liability
Chaos Theory is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Jewelry contains small parts and is not intended for children.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping times vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed once handed to the carrier.
